Telangana Legislature to Start Budget Session
The Telangana Legislature is set to begin its session today, with the state budget to be presented on July 25. Governor CP Radhakrishnan has summoned the third session of the third legislative assembly.
State Budget Presentation
Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, who is also the Finance Minister, will present the full-fledged budget for the current financial year on July 25. Chief Financial Secretary K Ramakrishna Rao confirmed the date.
On July 20, Telangana Chief Secretary A Santhi Kumari held a meeting with senior officials to prepare for the budget session.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the first full budget of the third term of the NDA Government today. Earlier, the Union Cabinet, headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, met in Parliament to approve the budget.
