Supriya Sule Criticizes BJP for Alleged Misconduct in Maharashtra

In Pune, Maharashtra, Supriya Sule, a leader from the Nationalist Congress Party (SCP), has voiced strong criticism against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). She accused the BJP of looting both the country and the state, and highlighted the struggles faced by farmers and women, attributing these issues to the BJP’s actions.

Sule stated, “The Bharatiya Janata Party has nothing to say against us because they have looted the country and looted this state. The suffering of farmers, the suffering of women, the atrocities on women–if anyone is responsible for this, it is the Bharatiya Janata Party.” She also mentioned that BJP MPs in Kolhapur have been threatening women, and these actions will be challenged in court.

Furthermore, Sule accused the BJP of stealing development schemes and lacking a future agenda for Maharashtra. She criticized the BJP’s failure to address corruption, inflation, and unemployment, promising to bring an honest government to the state.

Earlier, Sule accused the BJP-led government of misusing probe agencies against opposition leaders, claiming that those who join the BJP are cleared of charges. She mentioned the misuse of income tax, CBI, and ED against opposition members.

Sule, an MP, participated in a roadshow supporting Congress candidate Datta Bahirat in the Shivajinagar Assembly constituency. The NCP(SP) leaders are confident in the Maha Vikas Aghadi’s victory in the upcoming assembly polls against the Mahayuti alliance. The Maharashtra assembly elections are set for November 20, with results to be announced on November 23.
