Supriya Sule Accuses BJP of Misusing Agencies

She claims that individuals facing allegations are cleared of charges if they join the BJP. Sule made these remarks during a roadshow supporting Congress candidate Datta Bahirat in Shivajinagar.

Sule referred to the misuse of agencies like the Income Tax Department, CBI, and ED as ‘ICE’. She stated that these agencies are being used to target opposition leaders across India. According to her, 95% of the cases are against opposition members, but if they join the BJP, their issues are resolved.

The NCP, part of the Maha Vikas Agadhi (MVA) coalition, is confident of winning the upcoming Maharashtra assembly elections. The MVA, which includes Congress and Shiv Sena (UBT), aims to defeat the Mahayuti alliance, consisting of the BJP, Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena, and Ajit Pawar-led NCP. The elections are set for November 20, with results to be announced on November 23.
