Speeding Truck Accident in Bhopatpur Village, Uttar Pradesh: 4 Dead, 5 Injured
Early Monday morning in Bhopatpur village, Uttar Pradesh, a speeding pickup truck crashed into villagers, resulting in a tragic accident. Four people, identified as Liladhar (60), Dharamal (40), Ompal (32), and Puran Singh (45), lost their lives on the spot.
Five others were injured in the accident: Niranjan (30), Jamuna Singh (60), Gangaprasad (55), Omprakash (50), and a four-year-old child named Avadesh. They were initially rushed to CHC Rajpura and later admitted to Aligarh Medical College for further treatment.
The police have taken the pickup truck driver into custody and are completing the formalities for the deceased. An investigation into the incident is currently underway.
