South Africa Loses T20I Series to West Indies: Captain Aiden Markram Reflects

Markram expressed his intention to analyze the team’s shortcomings and improve in future games. “We’ll identify areas where we can get better at. Looking forward to the next game, hopefully, we can put up a better show,” he added.
Despite the loss, there were positives for South Africa. Right-arm quick Lizaad Williams took three crucial wickets in his four-over spell. “I have known him for quite a while, proper fighter, puts in a lot of work behind the scenes, glad he could grab his opportunity today,” Markram noted.
South Africa will aim to avoid a series whitewash as they prepare for the third T20I on Tuesday, with the West Indies holding a 2-0 lead.
