Sourav Ganguly Follows Cristiano Ronaldo and Euro 2024 Teams

Former India cricket captain Sourav Ganguly shared his passion for football and revealed that he is following Portugal for the iconic forward Cristiano Ronaldo. As the Euro 2024 tournament progresses, Ganguly mentioned he is also closely following England, Germany, and France.

England’s Journey

England topped Group C with five points and will face Slovakia on Sunday at the Veltins Arena. They started their campaign with a 1-0 victory over Serbia, thanks to Jude Bellingham’s goal. Their second game ended in a 1-1 draw with Denmark, and their final group-stage match against Slovenia was a goalless draw.

Portugal’s Performance

Portugal, led by Cristiano Ronaldo, topped Group F with six points. They defeated Turkey and the Czech Republic but lost to Georgia. Portugal will play against Slovenia in the round of 16 at Deutsche Bank Park on Tuesday.

Germany’s Strong Start

Germany had a strong start, winning their first two games and drawing against Switzerland. They need to beat Denmark on Sunday to secure a spot in the quarter-finals.

France’s Challenge
