The opposition has criticized the Bihar government’s liquor ban policy. RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav called the ban a failure, citing institutional corruption and policy ambiguity. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha assured that the government is taking the issue seriously and will not spare the culprits.
