In Ranchi, Jharkhand, Union Minister and BJP’s election in-charge, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, voiced strong criticism against the Hemant Soren-led government. He claimed that the state’s daughters are not safe and accused the government of neglecting the youth and women. Speaking at a public meeting in Morabadi Ground, Chouhan stated, “The daughters of the state are not safe, and the government is doing nothing…The public will dethrone this government… This is a corrupt government that has done nothing for the youths and the people of the state…Everyday paper leak cases are coming forward…The BJP has taken a pledge to take action against the people who do paper leaks…The day we will form the government, we will provide jobs to the youths here…The Hemant Soren government has done nothing for the women here…”

Chouhan further emphasized that the BJP will protect the “Roti, Beti, Maati” and described the JMM and Congress alliance as more dangerous than a cyclone. Meanwhile, the BJP announced its first list of 66 candidates for the Jharkhand Assembly elections. Key candidates include Babulal Marandi from Dhanwar and Meera Munda from Potka. The BJP is contesting the elections in alliance with AJSU, JD-U, and LJP, while JMM, Rashtriya Janata Dal, and Congress are contesting together. The elections will occur in two phases on November 13 and 20, with results on November 23.
