Sheikh Nahyan Visits Abu Dhabi Summer Sports 2024 at ADNEC Centre
Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, recently visited the Abu Dhabi Summer Sports 2024 event. This event is organized by the ADNEC Group in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and is being held at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi until August 23, 2024.
The event covers an area of more than 34,000 square meters and includes a variety of sports activities designed to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle. These activities are open to people of all fitness levels and aim to improve the quality of life for all community members.
During his visit, Sheikh Nahyan was given a tour of the facilities by Aref Hamad Al Awani, the Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council. Sheikh Nahyan praised the high level of organization and the efforts made to provide an exceptional experience for all participants. He also highlighted that the Abu Dhabi Summer Sports event embodies the spirit of tolerance and human brotherhood.
Now in its third season, the event has introduced several new sports activities, including cricket, tennis, and an obstacle course, in addition to football, padel, a 1 km running track, badminton, volleyball, table tennis, and a fitness area.
