The 6th Emirates Arabian Horse Global Cup (EAHGC) will be held in El Alamein, Egypt, from June 27-29, 2024. This event is under the patronage of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Presidential Court, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Arabian Horse Society (EAHS), and the follow-up of Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the EAHS.

This is the first time the show will be hosted in Africa, specifically in the beautiful city of El Alamein on the Mediterranean coast. El Alamein is known for its stunning sandy beaches and clear waters, making it a perfect destination for tourists and residents alike.

Egypt is renowned for its distinguished Arabian horse breeding, with the El Zahraa Stud being a famous hotspot for pure-bred Arabian horses. The stud is one of the oldest in the world and plays a crucial role in preserving the Arabian breed.

The Emirates Arabian Horse Global Cup was launched last September and includes 10 championships held across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Americas. The competition offers valuable cash prizes for the top five winners of each round.

Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad expressed pride in the achievements of the EAHGC, highlighting Egypt’s significant role in Arabian horse breeding and its strong presence in Arabian Shows and Championships.

The 2024 season of the EAHGC began in February in Australia, followed by shows in Bahrain, the United States, France, and Denmark.
