Sharjah Digital Department Launches New SEWA Bill Payment Service
Sharjah Digital Department (SDD) has introduced an updated version of the Sharjah Electricity, Water, and Gas Authority (SEWA) bill payment service through its ‘Digital Sharjah’ platform. This update aims to enhance user experience and service efficiency.
New Features
The updated service includes a new, advanced user interface that allows users to:
- View amounts due on their accounts linked to their Emirates ID or added manually.
- Access current and previous bills as PDF documents, with up to 10 previous bills available.
- Lodge complaints or objections regarding bills easily.

Additional Services
SDD offers over 60 services from 19 government and private entities, covering essential sectors in Sharjah. Users can choose from various payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, direct debit cards, credit cards, and the Tahseel Digital Payment System. The platform’s mobile application is available on iOS and Android devices, providing flexibility for secure transactions.
