Shambhu S Kumaran Becomes India’s Ambassador to Montenegro and the Holy See
New Delhi [India], June 27: Shambhu S Kumaran, who is currently India’s Ambassador to Austria, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Montenegro and the Holy See. Kumaran is an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer from the 1995 batch.
The Ministry of External Affairs stated, “Shambhu S. Kumaran (IFS: 1995), presently Ambassador of India to Austria, has been concurrently accredited as the next Ambassador of India to Montenegro and the Holy See, with residence in Vienna.”
He is expected to take up his new assignments shortly.
