Shalabh Kumar Highlights Hindu American Support in Trump’s 2024 Victory

Industrialist Shalabh “Shalli” Kumar, founder of the Republican Hindu Coalition, expressed joy over Donald Trump’s significant win in the 2024 US Presidential election. Kumar emphasized the strong support from Hindu Americans, stating that the victory was substantial, with hundreds of thousands of votes in every place.

Trump’s return to the White House followed a campaign focused on the economy, immigration, and law enforcement, appealing to working-class voters. His win marked a historic comeback, making him the second US president to regain office after a prior defeat.

Kumar attributed part of Trump’s success to a last-minute campaign targeting Hindu American voters in key battleground states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. He mentioned a critical tweet on Diwali that changed the dynamics and led to a targeted media push.

The coalition’s efforts included a five-day media blitz with 900 commercials aimed at educating Hindu Americans about Kamala Harris’s political stance, which Kumar described as leftist. This strategic outreach, according to Kumar, significantly increased Trump’s support among Hindu American voters, contributing to a “great victory” for the Republican Party.
