In Durban, South Africa, Sanju Samson has achieved a remarkable milestone in his cricket career. The 29-year-old cricketer became the fourth player to score consecutive centuries in T20 Internationals. In the third T20I against Bangladesh, Samson scored an impressive 107 runs off 50 balls, featuring seven fours and ten sixes. This score is now the highest individual score in a T20I match between India and South Africa, surpassing David Miller’s 106 in 2022.
Samson expressed his emotions about his current form, stating, “If I think a lot I will get emotional. I waited for this moment for 10 years, I’m very happy, grateful and blessed.
