Shiv Sena Deputy Leader and Spokesperson Sanjay Nirupam criticized Uddhav Thackeray, the Chief of Shiv Sena (UBT), for seeking power from the Congress High Command in Delhi. Nirupam said Thackeray’s visit to Delhi shows his helplessness and ambition to become the Chief Minister within the MVA.

Nirupam praised Chief Minister Eknath Shinde for his active involvement in flood relief efforts in Pune and Nashik, noting that Shinde even canceled his tour to Delhi to focus on the crisis.
