Sabarmati Express Derails Near Kanpur, No Injuries Reported
Early Saturday morning, the Sabarmati Express train number 19168 derailed between Kanpur and Bhimsen station in Uttar Pradesh. Fortunately, no injuries were reported at the site, according to the Indian Railways.
Indian Railways quickly sent buses to the location to safely evacuate and transfer passengers to Kanpur. Additionally, an 8-coach MEMU rake departed at 5:21 AM to help facilitate passenger movement to Kanpur.
