The forum, taking place in Mumbai on November 11, aims to enhance economic and business cooperation between India and Russia. Organized by the Business Council for Cooperation with India and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), the event will include thematic sessions on industrial collaboration, transport, logistics, finance, digital technologies, and interregional cooperation.

On November 12, Manturov will join Jaishankar in New Delhi for the 25th Session of the Intergovernmental Russian-Indian Commission. This session will focus on trade, economic, scientific, technical, and cultural cooperation, reviewing ongoing initiatives and exploring new collaboration opportunities.
Strategic Meetings and Recent Visits
During his visit, Manturov is expected to meet with key Indian leaders to discuss strategic cooperation. Last month, Prime Minister Modi attended the BRICS Summit in Kazan, Russia, where he praised the event as productive and thanked President Putin for the hospitality. Modi’s visit also included the 22nd India-Russia Annual Summit, where he received the “Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle” for his efforts in strengthening ties between the two nations.
