The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is set to hold its national executive meeting in Parakham village, near Mathura, in the Braj region of Western Uttar Pradesh on October 25 and 26. This annual gathering occurs just before the Diwali festival.

Key Attendees

The meeting will be attended by the heads and deputy heads of all 46 RSS provinces, along with workers and propagators. Notable leaders such as RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat and General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale will also be present.

Meeting Agenda

The focus of the meeting will be on important issues raised during the Vijayadashami festival, discussing plans and current national topics. It will review the annual plan set during the All India Representative Assembly held in March 2024 and assess the expansion of RSS activities. Special attention will be given to achieving organizational goals by Vijayadashami 2025, marking the centenary of the RSS.

Mohan Bhagwat’s Address

Earlier, on October 6, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat spoke in Baran, Rajasthan, urging the Hindu society to unite by eliminating differences and disputes of language, caste, and province for its own security. He emphasized the importance of discipline, duty towards the state, and being goal-oriented in society. Bhagwat stated that India is a ‘Hindu nation’ and the term Hindu encompasses all sects of people living in the country.
