The Indian duo of Rohan Bopanna and N Sriram Balaji were defeated in the first round of the men’s doubles tennis event at the Paris Olympics. They lost 7-5, 6-2 to French players Gael Monfils and Edouard Roger-Vasselin. The match lasted 1 hour and 16 minutes, with the French pair converting two of their three break-point chances.
