Richard McCormick Predicts Trump’s Return and Kamala Harris’s Defeat in US Elections

As the US presidential election results are being counted, Richard McCormick, a US lawmaker and GOP leader, expressed confidence in Donald Trump’s return to the White House. He believes Kamala Harris will lose the election “soundly.” McCormick highlighted the strong friendship between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Trump, suggesting they could boost the global economy together.

McCormick stated that if Trump wins Pennsylvania, he will likely win the presidency. He predicted that Michigan and Georgia would also favor Trump, while Nevada might lean Democrat and Arizona Republican. He emphasized that 50 counties in the US will determine the election outcome.

Discussing the Indian-American community’s voting patterns, McCormick noted a shift from traditionally supporting Democrats to leaning Republican due to dissatisfaction with the Biden-Harris administration’s taxation and regulation policies. He described the community as “natural conservatives” who value family, education, and business opportunities.

McCormick also discussed the potential for strong India-US relations under Trump, citing the pro-business stance of both Trump and Modi. He believes that the collaboration between the two countries could significantly impact the global economy.

According to current projections, Trump is expected to win 247 electoral votes, while Harris is projected to secure 210. A candidate needs 270 electoral votes to win the presidency. The election is focused on key battleground states like Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
