Rhino Attack Near Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary: Biker Dies, Other Animal Attacks in Uttar Pradesh
A tragic incident occurred near Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary in Assam, where a biker named Saddam Hussain, aged 37, was killed by a rhino. The attack happened near Haduk Bridge while he was traveling from Mayong to Chamata on his motorcycle. Forest Range Officer Nayan Jyoti Das confirmed the incident and mentioned that an investigation is underway.
In another series of unfortunate events, four people, including three children, were injured in separate animal attacks in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. These incidents involved a leopard and suspected wolf attacks. Katarniaghat Divisional Forest Officer Shiv Shankar confirmed the leopard attack, which injured a 13-year-old girl named Sahiba and a 35-year-old man named Madhusudan. Sahiba’s mother, Sabina Khatoon, recounted the terrifying moment when the leopard attacked her daughter.
