Book Release by Nyima Lhamo

During the event, a book about Rinpoche’s life, written by his niece Nyima Lhamo, was released. The book shares her personal experiences and the challenges her family faced due to the false charges against Rinpoche.

Speeches and Tributes

Exile Tibetan Minister of Defence Gryari Dolma attended as the chief guest. She spoke about Rinpoche’s unjust imprisonment and death, emphasizing the importance of remembering his legacy. Tibetan activist Sonam Tsering also spoke, highlighting the ongoing struggles of Tibetans and urging the Chinese government to release all Tibetan political prisoners.
