Religious Leaders and Indian Diaspora in the US Praise PM Modi for Inclusive Growth

New York [US], July 9: Several religious leaders from minority communities and the Indian diaspora in the United States have praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for promoting inclusive growth in India. They participated in a ‘Roundtable Meeting’ organized by the Indian Minorities Foundation (IMF) and The Unity of Faiths Foundation, Bharat (TUFF Bharat), focusing on equal opportunities for all communities.

The leaders thanked PM Modi for making India a safe haven for minorities and highlighted that during his tenure, all communities have developed equally. They emphasized that India has become a symbol of unity and integrity under his leadership.

The meeting was attended by Rajya Sabha MP and IMF Convenor Satnam Singh Sandhu, IMF co-founder Professor Himani Sood, and TUFF co-founders Anna Bornholt and Shamender Talwar. The leaders noted that PM Modi’s efforts have lifted over 250 million people out of poverty and have made India a global example of unity.

Following the meeting, a walk of solidarity was held from 47th Street to Father Duffy Square in New York. The event featured the song ‘Maa Tujhe Salaam’ and chants of ‘Modi Modi’ and ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ as a video showcasing India’s progress under PM Modi played on a screen in Times Square.

Members of the Indian-American community, along with multi-faith leaders, celebrated India’s rise and PM Modi’s popularity as a global leader. They expressed confidence that India will become the world’s third-largest economy under his leadership.

Satnam Singh Sandhu stated that minorities in India have seen significant improvements in their lives under PM Modi’s leadership. He praised the government’s inclusive approach and its focus on development for all.

Ann Clare Bornholt, co-founder of TUFF, commended PM Modi for breaking barriers and promoting the concept of ‘One Family One World One Planet.’ Neeta Jain, founder of the International Ahimsa Foundation, highlighted PM Modi’s belief in ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ (the world is one family) and his commitment to non-violence.

Mahant Sri Maa Rajyalaxmi praised PM Modi’s leadership in preventing global conflicts, while Baba Baljit Singh from Chicago noted the protection and development of minorities in India under his leadership.

Indian Muslim leaders in the US, including Mohammad Farooqi and Jani Sheikh, celebrated India’s unity and progress under PM Modi. Jonathan Granoff, President of the Global Security Institute, lauded PM Modi’s motto of ‘World is One Family’ and his efforts to promote global unity.

Gurcharan Singh, former executive of the World Bank, praised PM Modi for spreading the message of unity and harmony worldwide. Indian youth present at the event also expressed their support for PM Modi and pride in India’s global stature.
