The Narayanpur-Sonpur-Chhotebethia road in Chhattisgarh, India, is being reconstructed after years of closure due to Naxal-related violence. Vasu Jain, CEO of the District Panchayat, confirmed that basic facilities are being provided to Horadi’s residents. Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker and former Chief Minister Raman Singh emphasized the government’s commitment to eradicating Naxalism, supported by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Singh noted the success of joint operations against Naxalites, with 190 Naxalites killed in the past year, demonstrating the government’s determination to eliminate Naxalism.
