Ravichandran Ashwin Breaks Anil Kumble’s Record in Test Match Against Bangladesh
Chennai (Tamil Nadu) [India], September 21: Indian spin legend Ravichandran Ashwin has surpassed Anil Kumble to become the Indian bowler with the most wickets in the fourth innings of a Test match. Ashwin achieved this milestone during the first Test against Bangladesh in Chennai.

After going wicketless in the first innings, Ashwin made a significant impact in the final innings while defending a large total of 515 runs. By the end of day three, Ashwin had taken three wickets for 63 runs in 15 overs, with an economy rate of 4.20.
