Rajwinder Singh Bhatti and Daljit Singh Chaudhary Appointed as Heads of CISF and BSF
The Indian government has appointed senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officer Rajwinder Singh Bhatti as the Director General of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) until September 30, 2025. Additionally, senior IPS officer Daljit Singh Chaudhary has been appointed as the Director General of the Border Security Force (BSF) until November 30, 2025.
According to the Department of Personnel and Training, Bhatti will assume his role from the date he takes charge and will serve until his superannuation on September 30, 2025, or until further orders. Similarly, Chaudhary, currently the Director General of SSB, will serve as the head of BSF until his superannuation on November 30, 2025, or until further orders.
