Rajnath Singh Leads Meeting with Political Leaders Before Budget Session
New Delhi, July 21: A significant meeting was held under the leadership of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh with floor leaders from various political parties before the start of the Budget Session of Parliament. This was the first meeting of floor leaders after the formation of the 18th Lok Sabha.

Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Kiren Rijiju, announced that the Budget Session will begin on July 22 and is expected to conclude on August 12. The session will have 16 sittings over 22 days, focusing mainly on the financial business related to the Union Budget for 2024-25, which will be presented on July 23. Essential legislative and other business will also be addressed.
