India is experiencing growth in defence exports, currently supplying to over 100 countries, with the USA, France, and Armenia as top destinations. The target is to reach Rs 50,000 crores in exports by 2029.

Focus on Emerging Technologies

India is committed to leading in cyberspace and artificial intelligence technologies. The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has established AI technology groups to integrate AI into defence products, with a roadmap for each Defence Public Sector Undertaking.
