Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal Sharma Invites UK Investors to Rising Rajasthan Summit in Jaipur
Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma recently attended the Rising Rajasthan Investors Meet in London, where he highlighted the investment opportunities in Rajasthan. He invited UK investors to the ‘Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit’ scheduled in Jaipur from December 9 to 11. This event was the 11th roadshow leading up to the summit in 2024.
The event, also attended by Rajasthan Deputy CM Diya Kumari and the Indian High Commissioner to the UK, Vikram Doraiswami, was part of a global outreach to attract investments. A significant outcome was the signing of three Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with UK-based investors, indicating growing interest in Rajasthan’s market.
CM Bhajan Lal expressed optimism about securing more investments from the UK, emphasizing Rajasthan’s strong economic ties with Germany and the UK. He noted the existing presence of German industries in Rajasthan and the state’s long-standing relationship with the UK.
Indian High Commissioner Vikram Doraiswami praised Rajasthan for its deep connections with key future interests like conservation, sustainability, and economic growth in harmony with nature.
