Rahul Gandhi Visits Raebareli and Manipur to Offer Support and Prayers

Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha and a prominent Congress leader, visited Raebareli in Uttar Pradesh. This was his first visit to the constituency since becoming the Leader of Opposition. During his visit, he paid tribute at the Shaheed Smarak Park and visited AIIMS in Raebareli. He also offered prayers at the Churuwa Hanuman Temple in Bachhrawan.

Later in the day, Rahul Gandhi met with Congress workers and addressed public gatherings. He won the recent Lok Sabha elections from both Raebareli and Wayanad constituencies, defeating Bharatiya Janata Party’s Dinesh Pratap Singh in Raebareli and Communist Party of India’s Annie Raja in Wayanad.

On July 8, Rahul Gandhi visited Manipur, which has been affected by violence. He met with the victims and urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit the state and console the victims. He stated that the INDIA bloc is ready to assist in restoring peace in the state. He visited a relief camp at Phubala High School in Moirang and offered support to the victims.
