The elections in Jharkhand will be held on November 13 and 20, while Maharashtra will have a single-phase election on November 20. The Congress party has appointed BK Hariprasad, Gaurav Gogoi, and Mohan Markam as senior coordinators for the Jharkhand elections. Currently, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) is the largest party in the state with 30 MLAs. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has 25 MLAs, and Congress has 16. Congress and JMM have announced an alliance for the upcoming elections.
