Washington, DC [US], September 10: Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, described the Lok Sabha elections as a ‘controlled election’ during his interaction with students and faculty at Georgetown University. He claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would not have secured 240 seats in a fair election.
