In New Delhi, on October 24, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi criticized SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch for not attending a meeting with the Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC). He questioned why she was avoiding the meeting and suggested someone might be protecting her. The PAC meeting was postponed due to her absence.
