Speaking at an election rally in Karnal, Gandhi expressed confidence that Congress will win the upcoming elections on October 5. He promised that a Congress government would be inclusive and provide opportunities for everyone.

Gandhi shared a story about 20 people from Haryana who moved to the United States due to lack of prospects in their home state. He blamed the BJP government for forcing these youth to leave the country and promised to create employment opportunities if Congress returns to power. He also accused the BJP of creating monopolies and favoring a few wealthy individuals.

Former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel also criticized the BJP, stating that people in Haryana are fed up with the current government. He noted that Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar’s posters are missing from BJP’s campaign, indicating dissatisfaction within the party.

Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjay Singh and Aazad Samaj Party chief Chandrashekhar Aazad also voiced their concerns about the BJP government’s performance, particularly in areas like civic amenities and basic services.

The results for the Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir elections will be announced on October 8.
