In Mahendragarh, Haryana, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi criticized Adani and the BJP, accusing them of harming Haryana’s future. Speaking at a rally with former Chief Minister Bhupendra Hooda, Gandhi claimed that Adani is damaging the state’s future while the BJP has increased unemployment and addiction. He argued for equal treatment for farmers, suggesting that if billionaires’ loans can be waived, so should farmers’.

Gandhi accused Prime Minister Modi of ignoring drug trafficking issues, stating that drugs are spreading in Haryana under BJP’s rule. He promised financial aid and job opportunities, including Rs. 2,000 monthly for women, cheaper cooking gas, and restoring the old pension scheme. He pledged 2 lakh government jobs for Haryana’s youth and guaranteed MSP for farmers.

Gandhi criticized the BJP’s Agniveer scheme, claiming it benefits private companies like Adani Defence. He urged voters to support Congress to protect the Constitution, as Haryana prepares for elections on October 5.
