Punjab Shiv Sena Leader Sandeep Thapar Attacked in Ludhiana

On Friday, Punjab Shiv Sena leader Sandeep Thapar was attacked by three unknown individuals with a sword in Ludhiana. The incident occurred around 11:30 am, according to Deputy Commissioner of Police Ludhiana, Jaskaran Singh Teja. Thapar sustained injuries and is currently receiving treatment in the hospital but is out of danger.

Following the attack, police issued an alert in the area and arrested two suspects, Sarabjit Singh and Harjot Singh, near the university area. Both suspects are residents of Ludhiana and have been handed over to Ludhiana Police. The third suspect, Tahal Singh, is still at large, and an alert has been issued to apprehend him.

Senior Superintendent of Police Fatehgarh Sahib, Ravjot Grewal, and Commissioner of Police Ludhiana, Kuldeep Singh Chahal, confirmed the arrests and ongoing investigation.
