Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann Announces Major Officer Transfers and Job Appointments
Chandigarh (Punjab) [India], September 12: In a significant move, the Punjab government has transferred 38 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers and one Punjab Civil Services (PCS) officer. Vikas Pratap, from the 1994 IAS batch, is now the Additional Chief Secretary, Excise. According to the government, out of the 293 appointment letters distributed, 263 were for the health department, 9 for technical education, and 21 for the water supply department.
