Visit to Nigeria

PM Modi’s first stop is Nigeria, following an invitation from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The visit aims to strengthen strategic ties between the two nations, focusing on shared beliefs in democracy and pluralism. PM Modi is also looking forward to meeting the Indian community in Nigeria.

Participation in the G20 Summit in Brazil

In Brazil, PM Modi will attend the 19th G20 Summit as a Troika member. The summit will focus on Global South priorities, building on India’s previous G20 presidency. PM Modi will engage in discussions to further bilateral cooperation with other world leaders.

Historic Visit to Guyana

PM Modi’s final destination is Guyana, where he will address the Guyanese Parliament and honor the Indian diaspora. This visit is at the invitation of President Mohamed Irfaan Ali and aims to strengthen the unique relationship between the two countries.

India-CARICOM Summit

During his visit to Guyana, PM Modi will also participate in the 2nd India-CARICOM Summit, focusing on renewing historical ties and expanding cooperation.
