Meeting with Polish Leaders

On the second day of his visit, PM Modi has a busy schedule. He will have talks with President Andrzej Duda and will be hosted by Donald Tusk for lunch. Additionally, he will lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and meet with business leaders and Polish influencers.

Address to the Indian Community

On Wednesday, PM Modi addressed the Indian community in Warsaw. He spoke about the progress India has made in the last 10 years and expressed confidence that India will become the third-largest economy soon. He also shared his vision for India to become a developed nation by 2047. PM Modi highlighted that Poland will host the Kabaddi championship for the first time this year, showing a unique connection between the two countries.

Celebrating Diplomatic Relations

PM Modi’s visit coincides with the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between India and Poland. Members of the Indian diaspora warmly welcomed him, chanting slogans and expressing their admiration.

Next Stop: Ukraine

After concluding his engagements in Poland, PM Modi will travel to Ukraine at the invitation of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
