India and Singapore elevated their bilateral relations to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. PM Modi and PM Lawrence Wong exchanged four MoUs in digital technology, semiconductors, skill development, and healthcare. PM Modi invited PM Wong to visit India, which he accepted.
