He emphasized the government’s efforts to make Kashi and Purvanchal major trade centers, mentioning a new railroad bridge over the Ganga. The revamped Sigra Stadium now supports national to Olympic-level sports. Modi also celebrated the classical language status granted to Pali and Prakrit, used in Sarnath’s scriptures.

Modi reiterated his commitment to Varanasi, noting that projects worth over Rs 15 lakh crore have begun, focusing on the poor, farmers, and youth. He stressed the importance of infrastructure development for improving services and creating jobs, citing new highways and airports.

He praised Uttar Pradesh’s progress, now known for expressways and international airports, and lauded the state’s leadership. Modi highlighted women’s empowerment through schemes like Mudra Yojna and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, aiming to provide homes and financial independence.

Modi criticized previous governments for Varanasi’s underdevelopment and emphasized his government’s inclusive approach. He called for youth involvement in politics to combat dynastic politics and corruption. Concluding, Modi congratulated Kashi on its new development programs, with notable figures like Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath present.
