Prime Minister Modi’s Mission Mangalam Empowers 8,500 Women in Gujarat
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made women’s empowerment a key part of his vision for India’s progress, especially focusing on rural women. The Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company (GLPC) helped these women generate income through the sale of limbodi.

Over 27 lakh families in Gujarat are connected with SHGs, and more than 23 lakh women have received life insurance and health security benefits through various government schemes.
