Prime Minister Modi Welcomes New Calf ‘Deepjyoti’ to His Residence

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a new addition to his Lok Kalyan Marg residence in New Delhi. On Saturday, he welcomed a newborn calf named ‘Deepjyoti’. The calf, born to a cow living at the Prime Minister’s residence, has a unique mark on its forehead that resembles a symbol of light.

In a video shared on social media, PM Modi expressed his joy, stating, “It is said in our scriptures – ‘Gaav: Sarvasukha Prada:’. There has been an auspicious arrival of a new member into Prime Minister Family on Lok Kalyan Marg.”

The video shows PM Modi petting, playing, and even planting gentle kisses on the calf’s forehead. He was also seen holding the calf and taking a stroll through the garden at his residence.

Earlier this year, in January, PM Modi fed cows at his residence during the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti.
