Prime Minister Modi to Lead National Conclave with NDA Leaders in Chandigarh
On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lead a significant national conclave in Chandigarh, bringing together chief ministers and deputy chief ministers from the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA). The meeting is scheduled from 3 pm to 7 pm and will focus on national development issues.
The agenda includes discussions on the observance of Sanvidhan Ka Amrut Mahotsav and the 50th anniversary of the ‘attempt to murder democracy’. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) announced that nearly all 20 NDA chief ministers and their deputies will participate.
Key figures such as BJP President JP Nadda, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Home Minister Amit Shah, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu, and Nagaland Chief Minister Nephew Rio will attend this high-level meeting. The conclave will commence following the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini.
The meeting will include 13 chief ministers and 16 deputy chief ministers from the BJP, along with chief ministers from Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Sikkim, Nagaland, and Meghalaya, who are NDA partners. The discussions will cover a structured agenda focusing on national development and significant observances.
