Support for BJP and Criticism of Congress

PM Modi stated that the people have supported the BJP-led government wholeheartedly. He accused the Congress of running a ‘Bhrashtachari bachao andolan’ (Save the Corrupt Movement) and questioned their satisfaction with repeated electoral defeats.

Constitution and Governance

Modi emphasized the role of the Constitution, created by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, in allowing individuals without political lineage to rise in politics. He expressed his commitment to making India the third-largest economy and ensuring the saturation of basic necessities through good governance.

Focus on Development

PM Modi highlighted efforts in women-led development, support for farmers, and the fight against corruption. He assured that those involved in the NEET paper leak would face strict punishment and mentioned ongoing efforts to normalize the situation in Manipur.

Opposition Walkout

During his speech, opposition parties staged a walkout, demanding that Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge be allowed to speak. Modi criticized the opposition for not having the courage to face the truth.

Achievements and Future Plans

Modi spoke about various achievements, including subsidies for farmers, support for transgenders, and the new global image of India. He also mentioned the importance of federalism and urged states to contribute to India’s growth story.
