Prime Minister Modi Confident in BJP’s Victory in Haryana Elections

Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed confidence in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) winning the upcoming Haryana assembly elections. He believes the people of Haryana will reject the “divisive and negative politics” of the Congress party. PM Modi shared his observations after traveling across the state, noting the enthusiasm and support for the BJP.

During his campaign, PM Modi addressed rallies in Kurukshetra, Sonipat, Hisar, and Palwal. In Palwal, he criticized Congress for opposing the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and not fully implementing the Constitution in Jammu and Kashmir. He accused Congress of having an “urban naxal” agenda and claimed they plan to restore Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir without addressing the issue of PoK.

PM Modi also labeled Congress as the “biggest anti-Dalit party” and alleged they intend to end reservations, using Haryana as a “test state.” He assured that as long as he and the BJP are in power, reservations will remain intact.

Haryana is set to vote on October 5 to elect its 90-member state legislative assembly, with results to be announced on October 8. In the 2019 elections, the BJP won 40 seats, while Congress secured 30 seats.
