India has sent its largest contingent to the Paralympic Games, with 84 athletes, including 32 women. The games will take place from August 28 to September 8. India will compete in three new sports: para-cycling, para-rowing, and blind judo, extending the country’s participation to 12 events. The Tokyo 2020 Paralympics was India’s most successful, with the country winning 19 medals, including five golds, eight silvers, and six bronzes.
