President Droupadi Murmu Appoints New Permanent Judges in Bombay and Delhi High Courts

New Delhi [India], July 19: President Droupadi Murmu has appointed seven additional judges of the Bombay High Court and three additional judges of the Delhi High Court as permanent judges of their respective courts. The terms of two additional judges of the Bombay High Court have also been extended for one year by reappointment.

Bombay High Court Appointments

The following additional judges of the Bombay High Court have been appointed as permanent judges:

  • Yanshivraj Gopichand Khobragade
  • Mahendra Wadhumal Chandwani
  • Abhay Sopanrao Waghwase
  • Ravindra Madhusudan Joshi
  • Santosh Govindrao Chapalgaonkar
  • Milind Manohar Sathaye
  • Dr. Neela Kedar Gokhalc

The two additional judges of the Bombay High Court who have been reappointed for a fresh term of one year are:

  • Sanjay Anandrao Deshmukh
  • Justice Vrushali Vijay Joshi

Delhi High Court Appointments

The following additional judges of the Delhi High Court have been appointed as permanent judges:

  • Girish Kathpalia
  • Manoj Jain
  • Dharmesh Sharma

These appointments were announced by the Union Ministry of Law and Justice.
