In Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh, police have confirmed that the two teenage girls found hanging on a tree in Bhagautipur village died by suicide. This conclusion was based on post-mortem reports.

Family’s Concerns

The families of the deceased girls raised suspicions of murder, citing injuries and marks on the bodies. One father said, “We are labelling allegations of murder because the girl with higher weight was up and the girl with lesser weight was down. She had marks of injury on her leg, and thorns were pierced in her body and also had marks of belts.” He demanded a thorough investigation and punishment for the culprits.

Medical Examination
