Police Arrest Four in Delhi for Selling Dangerous Chinese Manja
In New Delhi, police arrested four individuals and seized 12,143 rolls of illegal Chinese manja during multiple operations. The Central Range and Cyber Cell of the Crime Branch conducted the raids.
Details of the Operations
In the first operation, police raided a shop and a godown in Rohini’s Sector 7, recovering 11,820 rolls of manja. A shopkeeper was arrested, and another individual, Adnan, was later apprehended with 23 rolls.
In the second operation, Mohd Akib from Bhajanpura was arrested with 240 rolls of manja. In a similar raid, Asjad from Azad Market was caught with 60 rolls. Asjad, a student and website designer, admitted to buying the manja from Kolkata to make quick money.
